Kiran Bedi sends Legal Notice to AAP on “Imaandari” vs “Avasarwadi” poster

The capital of world’s largest democratic country i.e Delhi is facing general election second time within a year. Two parties BJP and AAP are in front of each other to give Delhi a stablemate government for upcoming 5 years. BJP CM candidate Mrs. Kiran bedi send legal notice to AAP on “Imaandari” vs “Avasarwadi” poster for using her photograph on AAP Campaign banners.

  

It is not the first time AAP is receiving notice. Arvind Kejriwal has received several notices since the date of Delhi election schedules were announced. Recently AAP has received three notices from the Election commission (EC) on bribe comment in an AAP rally. Now BJP CM candidate sent notice to AAP for using her photograph for their campaign banners.

Aam Aadmi party is campaigning using banner on Auto Rickshaws which has both Kiran bedi and Arvind kejirwal picture and asking the people of Delhi to choose between Imandar(honest- Kejriwal)” and “Avasarvaadi (Opportunist-Kiran bedi)”.

BJP leader is saying that AAP has violated model code of conduct by promoting these banner and they will complain to Election commission.

Kiren Bedi has said that “This kind of act is not acceptable how they can use her image without her permission”. However there is no official comment from AAP so far.

Facebook blame themselves for service outages

World’s largest social media network and its Instagram photo sharing site was down across the globe for up to an hour on Tuesday. Facebook was down around 11 AM IST.  Millions of users were unable to access the social media site. On login page message facebook greeted with the message “Sorry something went wrong. We are working on it”. Company said later, it was due to internal fault not an outsider or hacker attack. They quickly identify the problem soon and fix it within an hour and 100% back for everyone. 

Facebook said that “This was not the result of third-party attack but instead occurred after we introduced a change that affected our configuration systems.

Lizard Squad: An unknown hacker group had tweeted about the services breakdown and tries to take credit of facebook and Instagram service breakdown. This hacker group has hacked some high profile outages including Sony Play station and Microsoft X’box live play station.

People kept using Twitter and tweet about the facebook service failure. #facebookdown was one of the most trending #Tag for the today twitter users.

As precaution for Facebook users it is advised to change their password and review their privacy settings.

Washington DC to India Gate: A move to develop POLITICS or INDIA

As Washington DC, capital of United State and one of the most popular city in world, heels the visit of Prime Minister Narender Modi in September, 2015 now it’s time for India, largest democratic country, to prepare itself for US President Brack Obama, Powerful man of World, to be at India Gate as a chief guest on Republic day celebration. There is lots of buzz across the world on Obama visit to India.

Let’s look forward to what might the two countries be expecting from this.

What USA Want: - Obama takes India as an enduring strategic partner and will grow his friendship with Indian Prime Minister who a year ago was persona non grata in Washington DC.

When China is acting violently by building a runway in disputed Spratly Island at Fiery Cross shoal than how US can sit quietly and see all this so I think now you are connecting dots and understanding why US making friends like Australia, Japan, India and Vietnam.  They always keen to push India as their regional partner to counterweight to China.

They always love to tell India that China is one of the vulnerable countries. As India is one of world largest purchaser of arms, they also seek a weapons deal from India as US is one of the largest suppliers of weapons.

Currently, India has very strict rules and lots of limitations on foreign investment and US wants that India should open its doors for Global retail, Legal services and Insurance. They also want India to support on carbon emission deal ahead of global climate talks in Paris.

The Powerful sides likely to sign new Ten Year defense deal for military to military ties. And according to officials both side are keen to work on a piece of military to jointly produce and develop.

What India Seeks: - India will looking to push US to support India on terrorism and access to high end technology good military and civilian use. India always want US to take step forward to stop border infiltration by Pakistan and start supporting India to counter terrorism.

"We are committed to moving towards full implementation," commented by Brack Obama, President of United State, for India despite a ground break 2006 agreement, had stopped U.S companies from setting up reactors in India and became one of the major irritants in bilateral ties.

With the group of business delegates Obama is not only taking up the political graphs, but also taking  ahead business in his portfolio. India will also seek US support in India’s Permanent membership in UN Security Council.

According to experts “Foreign crises is going to be important part of discussion between Modi and Obama.
